FULL Terms and Conditions (of which instructions form part)

GENERAL TERMS

Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promoter is Irwins Bakery, Carne Industrial Estate, Portadown, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT63 5WE.
2. Open to UK residents, aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of Irwin’s Bakery or Decathlon, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the running of this promotion.
3. The promotion opens at 00:01 on 22/06/26. The final draw closes at 23:59 on 30/09/26 (the ‘’Promotional Period’’).
4. Purchase necessary (see clause 8 below).
5. Internet access required to enter draws.
   
   

PRIZE DRAW

6. Enter online at winwithirwins.com for inclusion into the next available draw.
7. Entrants must provide a valid email address and the batch code from the front of a pack of Irwin’s Muffins (4-pack or 8-pack) during the Promotional Period.
8. Retain receipt – receipt showing a purchase of a 4-pack or 8-pack of Irwin’s Muffins during the Promotional Period is required to validate prize award.
9. Only one entry per person per day. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from third parties, syndicates, consumer groups or agents will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
10. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

PRIZE DETAILS:

11. There is one prize available to be won consisting of a short break to New York for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 including: Return flights from Dublin to New York; airport transfers in New York; 3 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation; private outdoor Parkour Class (1 hour) includes professional instructor; Dinner to the value of $75 per person at a Rooftop Restaurant. Prize to be taken by 30/09/27. Roundtrip economy / coach flights from select major international airports in Ireland to New York City, USA, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; Prize package is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old; At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing one quadruple occupancy room; a valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in; stay must include a Saturday night; the prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; all travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; Parkour class will be tailored to participant’s ability; Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of $75 USD per person, including gratuity; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 12. Prize to be taken as stated. There is no alternative in cash or kind and unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, prizes will be awarded directly to the winner and are not transferable.
13. The winner and 2 reserves will be selected by a verifiably random computer process from all the valid entries received Draw will take place within 3 days of the close of the Promotional Period. The first entry drawn will win the overall prize of a trip to New York.
14. The winner will be notified using the email address provided at the time of entry within 2 days of the draw. Winner must respond to the initial prize award email within 14 days with proof of ID and proof purchase. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of initial notification, is ineligible or rejects their prize that winner will forfeit their prize entitlement and the prize will be awarded to the next reserve winner drawn at the same time and in the same way as the original. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner.
15. All prize winners may be requested, but are not obliged, to participate in photographic and other publicity including on the websites & social media sites of Irwin’s Bakery.
16. The winner’s surname and county of residence of the winner will be posted on Irwin’s Bakery Facebook page within 14 days of prize acceptance by the winner and will be available for 3 months after the closing date upon email request to info@irwinsbakery.com with “Spider-Man New York winner” in the subject line. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting info@irwinsbakery.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
17. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
18. Entrants’ personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be destroyed afterwards unless the entrant has specifically requested to receive further information or promotions from Irwin’s Bakery Ltd. Please note that in arranging delivery of prizes, the promoter will disclose winner’s details to SONY Ireland Ltd and their prize fulfilment partners, Element London Limited.
19. Data protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your prior consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection law. See https://www.irwinsbakery.com/privacy for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by contacting info@irwinsbakery.com . By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time but will no longer be able to participate in the draw. All data will be deleted within 28 days of the final draw date, and in any case no later than 30/11/26
20. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control only where circumstances make this unavoidable. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID which the entrant must provide within 7 days. Entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions or entrants found to be abusing the promotion in any way will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any persons found to be acting in a manner designed to give themselves or others an unfair advantage in this promotion or in a manner designed to undermine the spirit or purpose of this promotion.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
23. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on NI law and the Courts of NI will have exclusive jurisdiction.
